Lagos – A helicopter headinh for the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) has crashed into a building on popular Oba Akran road, Ikeja.
The incident happened at about 3:30pm.
Reports said the helicopter crashed near the AP Filling Station and United Bank For Africa branch on the ever busy Oba Akran.
The chopper’s clear identity has not been established.
Witnesses say that the aircraft was flying low when it crashed.
Men of Lagos Emergency Management Agency and Department of Fire Service are at the scene.
