President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointments of Mr Bayo Onanuga as his Special Adviser on Media and Strategy
Also appointed is Ms Delu Bulus Yakubu as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.
Onanuga , a seasoned and well experienced journalist was the Director of media of APC Presidential Campaign Council that was formed before the last general elections.
He was also a former Managing Director of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN)
Ajuri Ngelale , Special Adviser to the President on media and publicity announced the appointments in a statement on Friday i. Abuja .
Ngelale described Onanuga and Yakubu as professionals who have prior working experience within the architecture of the Federal Ministries they will be coordinating in addition to duties that will be carried out at the President’s discretion.
“The President wishes the new presidential aides well in the discharge of their duties,” Ngelale said.
