Labour Party Governorship Candidate In Jigawa State Defects To APC

Ditse – The Labour Party governorship candidate in Jigawa State, Comrade Abdullahi Tsoho, has defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Habibu Nuhu Kila, a Special Adviser to Governor Muhammad Badaru of Jigawa State, disclosed this in a terse statement made available to newsmen in Dutse on Friday.

According to the statement, Comrade Abdullahi said he has come to realise that APC has all the qualities for championing the yearnings and aspirations of the electorate.

It added that the former Labour Party gubernatorial candidate promised that he and his teeming supporters will ensure the victory of APC in all the coming elections.

While receiving Abdullahi in his office, Governor Badaru expressed his appreciation and promised that he and his supporters will be accorded every rights enjoyed by the old members of the party.
