Kogi Council Of Ulama’u Felicitates Christians On Christmas

The Kogi State Council of Ulama’u has felicitated with Christians in the state on the occasion of this year’s Christmas celebration.

The council in a statement in Lokoja on Tuesday also applauded the positive and sustained synergy between the Muslim and Christian faiths in the state.

It said the love between Christians and Muslims in the state is responsible for the prevailing harmony, peace and peaceful co-existence in Kogi State

While wishing Christians fulfilled festivities, it called on them to continue to “emulate and imbibe the life of simplicity, love, sacrifice, courage, commitment, and resilience which Christ exemplified and personalized.

“Council pledges its continuous co-operation with Government, Security Agencies, religious individuals and Organizations in ensuring peace, harmony, security and peaceful co-existence in Kogi State and beyond.
