President Bola Tinubu has appointed Kano prominent politician, Senator Bashir Lado Mohammed as his Special Adviser on Senate Matters (Office of the President).
His appointment was announced on Saturday by Ajuri Ngelale, spokesman for Tinubu.
Lado Mohammed , an experienced politician and businessman was former Senator, representing Kano Central and former Director-General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP).
With his appointment, Ajuri Ngelale said the President expects that the new Special Adviser on Senate Matters will deploy his immense experience for enhanced synergy between the Executive and the Legislature and for improved government performance.
