The 137 Kaduna school children rescued from forests in Zamfara State by the military finally arrived Kaduna on Monday.
The children were abducted from Kuriga, Chikun Local Government Area, Kaduna State, on March 7.
The Kaduna State Government had on Sunday, announced the release of the school children in a statement personally signed by the state governor, Uba Sani.
The Director, Defence Media Operations, Maj.-Gen. Edward Buba, had also in a statement on Sunday said the rescued school children comprised of
76 females and 61 males.
He said troops with the support of local authorities and government agencies rescued the victims in the early hours of Sunday . (vitalnewsngr.com)
