A former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) , Chief Audu Ogbeh is dead.
Aged 78, Ogbeh who was also a Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, died on Friday , August 9, 2025.
The late politician came to limelight in 1979 when he was appointed a Minister at the age of 32 years by former President Sheu Shagari.
His family, confirmed his death in a statement on Saturday.
The statement described him as a man of “integrity, service, and dedication to the nation and community.”
According to the family, details of the funeral arrangements would be announced later.
Thr family also while requested privacy as they mourn him.
