Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has declared Thursday, 23rd and Friday 24th of February 2023 as work- free days in the state.

Head of Civil Service announced in a press release in Lokoja on Wednesday.
According to her, the two-day work -free days are to enable workers to source for money to travel to their respective towns for election on Saturday , 25th February, 2023.
“We value the Public/Civil Servants and appreciate their support and cooperation all the while,” She said in the statement.
