BEBM Exhibitions Congratulates Dr Obadaki On Emergence As First Female Fellow Of NIESV

The Executive Convener of Kogi Building Environment and Building Materials Exhibitions has congratulated ESV (Dr) ZAINAB Hannah Obadaki on her recent induction as a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyor and Valuers (NIESV).

Dr Zainab Hannah Obadaki, the Permanent Secretary in the Kogi State Ministry of Housing was conferred with Fellowship Award on February 5 , 2026 during a ceremony held at the Los Angeles Mall Event Center, Ahmadu Bello Way, Kado, Abuja.

The Convener of BEBM Exhibition, Hon. Oladipo Makakese Bayode in a congratulatory message personally signed by him and addressed to Dr Obadaki described the Fellowship award as well deserved.

According to him, the Fellowship Award to Dr Obadaki was a testament of her years of quality service, dedication and commitment to the profession she loves so much.

Bayode also stated that Obadaki’s emergence as one of the foremost women Fellow of NIESV in Nigeria is historic, a development which he said has clearly put her in global map of professional estate surveyors and valuers.

The BEMB Exhibition’s Convener further stated that the Fellowship Award has made Dr Obadaki to become a role model and beacon of hope for all female members of NIESV in Nigeria and beyond.

He expressed his happiness that Dr Obadaki, an indigene of Kogi State has become a pace setter in her chosen carrier and a woman all Kogites both at home and abroad are proud of.

The induction ceremony was presided over by ESV Chief (Dr) Victor Adekunle Alonge, the National President of NIESV.

Also honoured with the Fellowship Award at the event is His Imperial Majesty, Oni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Babatunde Enitan Ogunwusi.

The Nigerian institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers is a non profit and voluntary professional association set up in 1969 to cater for the interest in landed profession in Nigeria.

Its members who are referred to as Estate Surveyors and Valuers are real Estate professionals whose core competence covers areas such as Valuation of properties and other Assets including Plant and Equipment, Letting and Sales,Facility Management, Feasibility and viability Appraisal, Project Management and Auctioneering to mention a few.
