The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja will on Thursday, November 23, 2023 deliver judgment in the Nasarawa State governorship election dispute.
The All Progressives Congress ( APC) and his governorship candidate in the March 18 governorship election, Abdullahi Sule filed appeal before the court against the judgment of the Nasarawa State Givernorship Election Petition Tribunal which nullified his election.
The tribunal had declared David Ombugadu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner.
Sule’s legal team argued that the tribunal had not considered the submissions of their witnesses, and the BVAS data had been presented without proper analysis.
The PDP’s counsel countered, asserting that the evidence was adequately demonstrated before the tribunal.
