The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr Iyorchia Ayu, has been suspended by his ward in Benue State.
The ward in Benue accused him of anti-party activities and refusal to pay his party dies as and when due.
They also accused him of lacking in electoral value, adding that he lost his ward and local government during the just concluded presidential and national assembly elections as well as the Governorship and House of Assembly elections.
It would be recalled that Ayu has been at loggerheads with Nyesom Wike led G-5 governors and their allies who have insisted that the Chairman step down for a southern candidate.
