Three traditional rulers from Orire Local Government area of Oyo State on Friday lost their lives in a ghastly motor accident on Oyo – Ogbomoso road.
The three traditional rulers lost their lives in the accident which occurred at a spot at Arinkinkin community on the road.
They were on their way to the funeral party of the mother of a brother to a traditional ruler, Oloolo of Oolo, Oba Oyebunmi Ajayi when they were involved in accident.
The deceased traditional rulers are Olodogbo of Odogbo, Onibowula of Bowula, and Alayetoro of Ayetoro, all from the Oriire Local Government of the state.
Their names could not be ascertained as at the time of this report.
They all died when the vehicle in which they were travelling had an head on collision with an oncoming truck.
Olodogbo was said to have died immediately on the spot to have died on the spot while the remaining two later died at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital Ogbomoso. (vitalnewsngr.com)
