The entire Nigeria has again been plunged into total power blackout following the collapse of the national grid.
The national grid was said to have collapsed at about 12:40am of Thursday, September 14, 2023.
The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC) has issued a statement on the grid collapse.
It said the total system collapse has resulted to the loss of supply currently being experienced across the country.
“Due to this development, all our interface TCN stations are out of supply, and we are unable to provide service to our customers in Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo States.
“We are on standby awaiting detailed information of the collapse and restoration of supply from the National Control Centre (NCC), Osogbo,” Emeka Ezeh, Head, Corporate Communication said. (vitalnewsngr.com)
