Terrorists struck in the early hours of Tuesday and kidnapped four female students of Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
The police have confirmed the kidnap of 4 female students of Nasarawa State University Keffi.
Ramhan Nansel, Police Public Relations Officer, Nasarawa State Command, confirmed the kidnap of the students.
He said unidentified gunmen invaded the residence of the students in Unguwar Kare at about 12:55 am on Tuesday and took them away.
DSP Nansel stated that the police, in collaboration with the military, responded swiftly by combing the surrounding bush to rescue the students but were unsuccessful.
He added that the state Commissioner of Police, Maiyaki Baba had ordered a comprehensive manhunt for the abductors with a view to rescuing the students unhurt.
