The new signings include Akande Abiodun Asimiyu, Lawal Mustapha Bolanle, Ojietefan Desmond Sylvester, Sidibe Mourad Hassane, Utin Ikouwem Udo, Tijani Kabiru, Adebayo Emmanuel Abayomi, Ibrahim Abubakri Aliyu, Uche Onwuasonaya, Binuyo Lookman, Ohawume Malachi Chibuzor, Chukwudi Victor Chukwuemeka, Ayanrinde Samuel, Bolaji Simon Sakin, Fasanmi Olaniyi, Tony Okachi and Abbey Benson, who have signed contracts ranging from one to two years.

Meanwhile, four players – Christian Pyagbara, Okemute Odah, Dele, and Taofeek Malomo – have left the team to pursue opportunities abroad following the expiration of their contracts.

The team will begin their 2024/25 campaign with an away match against Nasarawa United in Lafia on September 8, 2024.

Unfortunately, the unveiling of the remaining players, scheduled for last Friday, was postponed due to the sudden death of the team’s driver, Mr Oluseye Oyeboade.

The team is currently in camp at Ijebu-ode, where the remaining unveiling will take place.

According to the Executive Chairman of the club, almost all the players have been paid 50% of their sign-on fee for the current season. (vitalnewsngr.com)
