The Acting National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) , Hon.Setonji Koshoedo has described Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde as a selfless leader worthy of emulation.
Koshoedo said this on the occasion of the governor’s 56th birthday on December 25.
“Special people are born on special days, so I celebrate with His Excellency, Governor ‘Seyi Makinde on this joyous occasion of your birthday, which coincides with the celebration of the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ,” Koshoedo said in a statement on Monday.
He described Makinde as an exemplary leader who dedicates himself to the service of humanity.
He said the governor’s commitment to the people, dedication to service and rare courage to surmount obstacles are worthy of emulation.
“Your continued devotion to equity and justice has greatly enriched our politics and governance at both the state level and the country at large.
“The future of our dear, great party, the Peoples Democratic Party, Oyo State and Nigeria can only be brighter with the stewardship of a forthright and selfless leader like you,” Koshoedo added.
He prayed God to continue to bless Makinde good health and a sound mind for many years to come.
