Abuja – The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has released a list of 17 aspirants to be screened for its forthcoming presidential primaries.
The list of 16 males and one female has four serving governors, four former governors, a former vice president, a veteran journalist and other technocrats.
They are Atiku Abubakar, Abubakar Bukola Saraki, Anyim Pius Anyim, Bala Mohammed, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, Ayobami Dele Momodu, Oliver Tariela Diana, Nwachukwu Amakwenze.
Others are Mohammed Hayatu-Deen, Nyesom Wike, Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa
Emmanuel Gabriel Udom,Peter Obi, Ayo Fayose, Ugwu Charles Okwudili, Chikwendu Kalu and Ndukwe Cosmos C.
The screening is expected to take place on Friday, April 29, 2022 at the party’s secretariat in Abuja.
