Ekiti – Governor Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti has directed that all accounts of the State Government be frozen with immediate effect.
In a statement, the newly inaugurated Governor urged all accounting officers and financial institutions to comply with the directive.
Meanwhile, the Governor has appointed Dr. Habibat Omolara Adubiaro as the Secretary to the State Government and Mr Yinka Oyebode as his Chief Press Secretary.
Governor Oyebanji said the appointment are with immediate effect.
Oyebanji assumed the mantle of leadership on Sunday in Ado-Ekiti after the expiration of the tenure of former governor Dr John Kayode Fayemi.
