Lokoja – A former member of the House of Representatives and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, Hon Durosinmi Meseko says he has put in place an inter-faith Prayer Session to kick-start the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign.
Tagged “Kogi West Prays for Tinubu/Shettima” Meseko said the inter-faith prayer session is to seek God’s grace and favour for Tinubu/Shettima’s outright victory in the forthcoming presidential election.
“As believers, we cannot embark on this all-important voyage without putting God first. That is why I have taken it upon myself to invite prominent clerics from both Islamic and Christian faiths respectively to lead the prayer sessions,” Meseko said.
According to him, the maiden edition of the programme has been slated for Tuesday, October 11, at Kabba, headquarters of Kogi West Senatorial District.
He further said that some leading gospel musicians have been engaged to perform at the occasion. (vitalnewsngr.com)
