Lokoja – A former member of the House of Representatives and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Hon. Duro Meseko has congratulated Senator Kashim Shettima on his Nomination as the Vice Presidentual Candidate of the APC.
Meseko in a statement in Lokoja on Monday described Shettima as his “boss”, saying his choice by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the party’s Presidential Candidate is a decision that is welcomed by majority of Nigerians.
“The choice of my boss, Sen Kashim Shettima is the best decision to have been taken at this point in time.
“He is no doubt, a square peg in a square hole with full capacity to complement Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in repositioning Nigeria.
“He is highly cerebral, focused, disciplined and patriotic,” Meseko said.
He urged Nigerians to give this God-ordained ticket a chance as it has the capacity to reset the nation on the path of massive progress and progress.
“I am using this medium to plead with Nigerians to embrace this ticket as it is the ticket that shall lead us to the eldorado of our dreams”, he declared.
He also commended Asiwaju Tinubu for taking his time to dig out the best of the lot.
