The Deputy National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP), Hon. Arc. Setonji Koshoedo, has felicitated with Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State as he marks his birthday today, December 25.
Koshoedo in a statement issued in Abuja on Sunday said Governor Makinde is imbued with wisdom, altruism and selflessness among other qualities God has bestowed on him.
He said with these and other virtues, Governor Makinde “is gradually emerging as a true pillar and vanguard of the nation’s democratic practice whose deeds and actions in office are guided by the principles of equity, justice and fairness. ”
Koshedo also described Makinde as “a man of courage and principles who always stands by his conviction where matters of equity and justice in socio-political issues are concerned.”
He commended him for being a forthright and altruistic political leader and mentor to both young and old politicians.
Koshoedo then prayed that Makinde remain in good health and sound mind for the realisation of his optimum political potentials in the nearest future, especially at the national level.
