Governor Umar Bago of Niger State on Monday sacked all his commissioners, Special Advisers, Special Assistants.
The Chief Press Secretary to the governor, announced this in a statement in Minna.
He said the decision was taken during the state weekly executive council meeting held on Monday.
The statement partly reads, “the farmer governor announced the decision during the State Executive Council meeting at the Council Chamber, Minna.
“He appreciated them for the services they had so far rendered towards the development of the state and wished them the best in their future endeavours.”
The governor, however, said he has retained his secretary to the state government (SSG), chief of staff, deputy chief of staff, and other principal officers in his office. (vitalnewsngr.com)
