Dr Jimmy Ajim has thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Senator George Akume as the new Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).
Ajim who is the President of a Non Governmental Organisation, Ior Gboko Foundation gave the commendation in a statement on Sunday.
He described Akume as a generous and detribalised Nigerian worthy and capable of being the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).
According to Ajim, Akume is equal to the task of serving as the country SGF based on his antecedents in various past responsibilities.
The Foundation President then felicitated with the two term Governor of Benue State, former Minority Leader of the Senate and immediate past Minister of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs, Senator George Akume on his appointment as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
He asserted that Ior Gboko Foundation was willing and ready to assist at all times as always to partner the SGF and the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in ways that will enhance more developmental strides in the interest of all Nigerians.
