Abuja – The Deputy National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),
Hon Setonji Koshoedo has congratulated the National
Working Committee under the Chairmanship of Dr Iyorchia Ayu and the entire leadership of the party on the successful conduct of all the party’s primaries across the country.
Koshoedo in a congratulatory message personally signed by
him and copied to newsmen in Abuja also congratulated members of the National Convention Planning Committee on the successful and rancour-free Special Convention which produced Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the party’s presidential candidate.
The Deputy National Secretary was particularly happy with the spirit of sportsmanship of other presidential aspirants, urging them to continue to cooperate with the leadership of the party to see all through to the expected end.
While congratulating Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, on his emergence as the Party’s Presidential candidate, the former member of the House of Representatives and grassroots politician, Koshoedo also expressed joy to the people of
Oyo State for the emergence of Engr Seyi Makinde as the governorship candidate to
continue his good works.
Koshoedo also expressed his deep appreciation to delegates of the PDP in Lagos State for voting Olajide Adediran aka Jandor,
as the flagbearerof the party for the 2023 gubernatorial elections.
He added that the cooperation
and steadfast support of all the members of the party remain very crucial as the nation moves towards the general elections which, going by the mood of the nation, should be in favour of the party.
The Deputy National Secretary also urged the leadership of the party to take necessary steps towards resolving any outstanding issues in the party across the country by sending powerful delegations to the states where such exist.
Koshoedo then wished party men
and women, youths and old, and all Nigerians the very best as they support Turakin-Adamawa, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to make a success of the achievement of the Saturday, May 28, 2022 complete. (vitalnews)
