Abuja – President Muhammadu Buhari will on Tuesday , March 22 , inaugurate the Dangote Fertiliser Plant located at Lekki, Lagos State.
According to a programme of event sighted on Sunday by vitalnews, Buhari will inaugurate the newly built plant as part of activities lined up for his one day official visit to Lagos on March 22.
He will be joined at the vent by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, ministers, captains of industries, diplomats and other dignitaries.
Buhari will after the inauguration of the plant pay an inspection visit to the Lekki Deep Blue Seaport, the programme of events also indicated .
The sea port is within the vicinity of the fertiliser plant and the 650,000 barrels capacity per day Dangote Refinery which is also nearing completion.
The Dangote Fertilizer Plant has the capacity to produce three million tons of urea and ammonia per year.
It is reputed to be world’s biggest fertiliser plant. (vitalnews)
