The aides of the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barrister Abdulraheem Adebayo Lawal, have described him as a mentor, father figure, and an exemplary leader whose character and leadership style continue to inspire dedication and loyalty among his team and associates.

In a statement signed by Alhaji Kunle Sanni on behalf of the aides, the deputy governor was praised for his strong commitment to good governance, humility, and the development of human capital.

“Barrister Bayo Lawal is more than a boss to us. He is a mentor who nurtures, a father who cares, and a leader who leads by example.

“His doors are always open, his words always encouraging, and his actions consistently guided by integrity and compassion,” the statement read.

The aides commended the Deputy Governor’s loyalty to Governor Seyi Makinde and his pivotal role in the implementation of the administration’s people-centered policies under the Omituntun 2.0 Agenda.
