Hon. Leke Abejide, the member representing Yagba Federal Constituency of Kogi State in the House of Representatives, has officially resigned from the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
The lawmaker, who was a prominent figure within the party, is expected to announce his new political affiliation in the coming days.
His defection is coming a day after the Supreme Court restored Senator David Mark -led leadership of ADC.
