Veteran Yoruba TV Broadcaster, Chief Yemi Ogunyemi Is Dead

Veteran Yoruba television broadcaster and a cultural Icon, Chief Yemi Ogunyemi is dead.

The media guru and former Anchor of the NTA Ibadan popular yoruba programme “En ba laya” died late Tuesday in his Ibadan, Oyo State house.

He was 80 years.

Ogunyemi was a member of Ibadan South West Traditional Council by virtue of his being the Baale of Oluyole Estate and its environs.

A was a cynosure of all eyes on NTA, Ibadan in the 80s and 90s.
