The Managing Director of Ajaokuta Steel Complex, Prof, Nasir Naheem Salami has donated medical equipment worth over 3 millions N3 million to the Cottage Hospital in Aiyegunle Gbedde , Ijumu Local Government area in Kogi State.
Salami donated the equipment on Friday, December 27, 2025, during the annual Ayegunle Gbedde Day celebration.
Receiving the equipment, the Olu of Aiyegunle Gbedde, Oba Lateef Haruna, the Alafin 11 thanked salami for the gesture.
He urged him and other individuals from the community to continue to contribute to the development of the community.
Highlight of the event includes the handing the equipment to Olu Aiyegunle Gbedde, who in turn handed the equipment over to the health committee of the community, and onward to the staff of the hospital. (vitalnewsngr.com)
