Alhaja Hawawu Awele Gbadamosi aka Iya Ijebu,the mother of Olofa of Offa,is dead.
Aged 94, Alhaja Gbadamosi died in the evening of Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Offa, Kwara State.
The Olofa’s Palace announced the passing of the beloved mother of Olofa of Offa, in a statement issued by Idowu Olufemi Israel ,
Principal Private Secretary to Olofa of Offa.
She was born on 3rd January, 1931 and survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, including the reigning Olofa of Offa, Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi.
Her Janaza will hold today, Sunday 6th April 2025 by 4pm at the Kabiyesi’s private residence in Offa,Muu Road, Offa,Kwara State. (vitalnewsngr.com)
