The Nigeria Union of Pensioners (NUP) , Ogun State branch, has felicitated the state Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun on his election as the new Chairman of the Southern Governors’ Forum.
In a letter written to the Governor by the Union and jointly signed by its Chairman, Com. Waidi Oloyede and the Secretary, Com. Dr. Bola Lawal through the Office of Head of Service at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, the senior citizens described the appointment as a well-deserved honour, borne out of the feat recorded in the governance of the state.
They added that the governor’s unparalleled goodness and generosity toward people was a testament to his many awards and recognitions.
“You have the milk of human kindness running through your veins; the senior citizens had never had it so good as it happens during your tenure of office as the Governor of Ogun State,” the letter stated.
The elders added that the governor’s consequential successes were not a surprise, as he governs with the fear of God and prayed for more honours, as he continually renders service to humanity through his position in the State. (vitalnewsngr.com)
