The Federal Government says it is ready to commence the payment of backlogs to N-power beneficiaries who are on the programme.
Earlier this month, the federal government had announced the suspension of the N-Power programme.
In a statement on Monday, the National Communication Manager of the program, Mr Jamaluddeen Kabir said the main reason for the temporary suspension of the program was to address all issues that directly affect the beneficiaries to restructure and carry out a forensic audit of the program.
Kabir added that plans have been put in place to commence the disbursement of the 9 months outstanding stipends to beneficiaries from November 2023.
