Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has renamed The Polytechnic Ibadan after Dr Victor Omololu Olunloyo.
Olunloyo who was a former governor of the old Oyo State was the pioneer reactor of the institution..
Governor Makinde made the announcement on Thursday during an interdenominational commendation service for the late former governor at the Obafemi Awolowo stadium, Ibadan.
According to Governor Makinde, institution will now be known as Omololu Olunloyo Polytechnic, Ibadan
