Ibadan – A former governor of Oyo State, Chief Rashidi Ladoja, has congratulated Governor Seyi Makinde on his re-election for another four-year term in office.
Ladoja in a congratulatory message sent to Makinde on Tuesday urged the governor to do more for the people by meeting their expectations.
The text of the message reads thus ; ” My dear governor, Congratulations on being re-elected for another four-year term.
“The campaigns are now over; the outbursts, the various lies, the abuses, the curses, the deliberate misinterpretations, and the jostling for space are all over.
“All of the dramatis personae have left the stage, carrying their laurels and bruises with them, leaving you alone.
“Your promises and harsh realities are now all that remain.
“May God grant you the ability to meet the expectations of others, as well as find satisfaction and fulfillment in this selfless task ahead of you.
