Lokoja – The Kogi State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has felicitated Governor Yahaya Bello, on his 48 birthday celebration.
A statement by the council Chairman, Adeiza Momohjimoh and secretary, Ademu Seidu on Sunday in Lokoja, described Governor Yahaya Bello as a highly resourceful leader who has used his youthful age to put the state on the pedestal of growth and development.
“The Union particularly commended the infrastructural transformation of the state under the governor in the last seven years,” the statement said.
According to the statement, the governor’s intervention in the health sector, education and security are so obvious and disarming to professional critics who see no good in excellent jobs done by other people.
“The Union wished the governor well as he continues to pilot the affairs of the state and urge him to continue with the trajectory of development he has been known for, until the last day of his administration,” the union said. (vitalnewsngr.com)
