The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Governor Hope Uzodimma of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the Imo State Governorship Election.
Uzodimma defeated his opponents in all Local Government Areas of the State to emerge winner.
Uzodimma polled o 540,308 votes his closest rivals, Samuel Anyanwu of the PDP and Athan Achonu of Labour Party who scored 71,503 and 64,081 votes respectively.
