Abuja – A National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has confirmed his intention to contest the 2023 presidential election on the platform of the party.
Tinubu disclosed this to newsmen in Abuja on Monday shortly after having a closed door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at Also Villa.
The former Lagos State governor also told State House Correspondent that he has formally informed Buhari of his intention to bid for the APC presidential ticket.
Tinubu said that he has the physical, emotional and mental capacity to govern Nigeria in spite if the daunting challenges facing it today. (vitalnews)
