Gunmen suspected to be bandits on Tuesday night killed a popular businessman in Abugi community, Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State.
According to information, about 10 armed bandits kidnapped the victim right from his shop around 8pm of Tuesday, September 30, 2025 to an unknown place where they later shot him dead.
The victim who was simply identified as Alloy was a full time businessman, selling motorcycles and motors spare parts.
He also owned a filling station, and a pure water factory in Kupa area.
The state police command is yet to comment on the development.
