The Governor emphasized that the commissions they led should not be ceremonial structures, but instruments of real change, meant to improve lives and deliver tangible results.

Kefas urged the appointees to work closely with local communities, traditional institutions, farmers, and security agencies to ensure that development efforts foster quality growth rather than conflict.
He stressed that infrastructure development must be people-centred, adding that projects should improve lives and not merely to generate headlines.
According to him, compassion must reflect in every policy and programmes implemented to give every sector of the state a sense of belonging.

” I want you to know that public office is not a privilege but a difficult responsibility and sacrifice to humanity, so your performance would be measured by the outcomes and solutions, not speeches or excuses,” he said.
The governor emphasised on justice, fairness, transparency, discipline, and integrity as core values expected of all the appointees.
“I did not appoint you to work in isolation, You are expected to complement one another. Our target is simple, results that the people can see and feel,” he said.
