An Oyo State High Court, sitting in Ibadan has granted bail to Olori Naomi Silekunola, Oriyomi Hazmat and Abdulahi Fasasi.
Justice K. B Olawoyin, presiding over Court 8, gave the ruling on Monday following a bail application filed by the Counsel to the trio.
The Judge, however, attached some conditions to the bail which include; N10 million and two sureties who must submit landed documents within the jurisdiction of the court.
The other conditions are that the applicant must deposit their international passport with the court and they are barred from granting any form of interview during the pendency of the case.
Queen Naomi, popular broadcaster, Oriyomi Hamzat and Principal of Islamic High School , Orita Bashorun, Ibadan, were arrested in connection with the death of 35 children during the Christmas party they organized for children.
