Lokoja – The death has occurred of Sarkin Yakin Lakwaja , Alhaji Muhammed Karaworo Ahmed , father of Dan Darman Lakwaja, Barr. Naseer Ahmad.
The family in a statement
signed by Barr. Naseer, said the octogenarian passed away in the hours of Saturday 26th, November 2022 in Kano.
According to the statement, Sarkin Yakin Lakwaja, was born in 1926.
He’s survived by one wife, 37 Children, 60 Grandchildren and 11 Great-grandchildren.
They include, Barr. Naseer Ahmad, the Dan Darman Lakwaja.
The Late Ahmad served as an agent of the state pilgrims in the then Norther Region in early 50s.
His burial according to Islamic rites will take place today at Kofar Kudu by 1pm ( Emir of Kano palace) Kano. (vitalnewsngr.com)
