PRESIDENT BOLA TINUBU’S STATEMENT ON THE SECOND ANNIVERSARY OF HIS ADMINISTRATION ON MAY 29, 2025

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has conferred national awards on some eminent Nigerians as part of activities marking 2025 Democracy Day celebrations.

Among the awardees are human rights activists, prominent lawyers, journalists, former and serving members of the national assembly.

They were honoured for their contributions to the growth and sustenance of democracy in the past 26 years.

Posthumous awards were also conferred some late eminent personalities for their contributions to the development of the country.
