The Tinubu Media Volunteers (TMV) has described President Bola Tinubu’s recent engagements in Enugu State as a positive development, indicating his readiness to unite the country and ensure that no part is left out.
The Chairman Chukwudi Enekwechi and Secretary Shedrach Sunday said this in a statement.
The group noted that the president’s pronouncement in the course of the visit was reassuring
TMV said : “For us, the recent visit of President Bola Tinubu to Enugu state has truly shattered any doubts in any quarters about his commitment to serve all Nigerians with equal love and devotion.
“We note with joy that he used the opportunity of the one-day visit to reiterate the need for all Nigerians to see themselves as one united people.
“His adorning of the traditional Igbo attire with a matching cap was symbolic in many ways and further shows his ability to acclimatize himself in any part of the country.
“We also applaud the announcement by the President to complete the Eastern Railway project, which traverses all states in the South East Region up to Maiduguri in Borno State.
“There is no doubt that the completion of this rail corridor will accelerate the socio-economic development of the South East and the country in general.
“It is also commendable that President Tinubu had approved the completion of the Port Harcourt to Aba rail line on his assumption of office.
“We acknowledge the announcement of Mr. President to support the development of the Anambra oil and gas basin.
“We believe that the realisation of these projects will create jobs for the people of the area, as well as boost the revenue profile of the entire region and the country as a whole.
