Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has appointed retired Justice Bola Okikiolu Ighile as the new Chairman of the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC).
Sanwo -Olu also appointed five other persons; Mr. Samson Ajibade, Mr. Oluwo Akim Durojaiye, Dr. Metilelu Olumide Olusola, Mr. Aileru Abeeb Dapo and Mr. Oladele Adekanye as state Electoral Commissioners.
All the new appointees will be sworn in at a later date to be announced.
