The Niger State Internal Revenue Service (NGSIRS) says it generated N7,031,981,398.93 as revenue from January to March 2024.
The Executive Chairman of the Agency, Mohammed M. Etsu disclosed this in Minna on Tuesday.
According to him,
the new revenue marks a significant improvement from the N2,605,507,197.15 collected for the corresponding period in 2023, representing a 170% growth in the amount generated in comparative terms between Q1 2023 and Q1 2024.
Etsu assured that the service was on course to deliver on its Year 2024 Budgetary IGR target of N5 billion per month. (vitalnewsngr.com)
