President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of new Executive Directors in two agencies under the Federal Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy.
Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity confirmed this on Thursday in a statement.
Ajuri mentioned the two agencies as the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) and theย Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
The new appointees are Ms. Vivian C. Richard Edet, Executive Director, Finance & Administration (NPA), Engr. Olalekan Badmus โ Executive Director, Marine & Operations (NPA), Engr. Ibrahim Abba Umar โ Executive Director, Engineering & Technical Services (NPA).
For NIMASA, those appointed by President Tinubu are Mr. Jibril Abba, Executive Director, Maritime Labour & Cabotage Services (NIMASA), Mr. Chudi Offodile , Executive Director, Finance & Administration (NIMASA) and Engr. Fatai Taye Adeyemi โ Executive Director, Operations (NIMASA).
