The Court of Appeal has removed Governor Mutfwang Manasseh as of Plateau State.
The court in a judgment delivered on Sunday, by a three-member panel led by Elfrieda Williams-Dawodu held that Manasseh was not validly sponsored by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the election.
The judges agreed with an earlier judgment of the state election petition tribunal which also declared the election Mutfwang invalid.
