The presidential election Petition Court (PEPC) has released a certified true copy of its judgement delivered on September 6.
The 798-page document was signed by the presiding Judge, Justice Haruna Tsamani and the other justices; Stephen Adah, Mistura Bolaji-Yusuf, Biolokumo Ugo, and Justice Aba Mohammed.
The document was released in Friday.
The legal team of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the 2023 polls, Atiku Abubakar, had written to the PEPC demanding for the document.
In the letter addressed to the secretary of the court and made available to newsmen, the lead counsel to Atiku, Senior Advocate on Nigeria, Chris Uche, had asked the PEPC to release the documents without delay.
