Abuja – The Lead Pastor, Global Family Circle Church, Pst Loveth Asibuogwu, has urged Christian faithful to always give praises and thanksgiving as the only way to receive abundant blessings from God.

Asibuogwu spoke with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) at the end of the church’s 21days fasting and prayers, with the theme “The all sufficient God,” derived from Phil 4:19.

The cleric said that many dead people wished to see 2023 but could not, reasons why everyone alive should be appreciative.

Asibuogwu also admonished Christian faithfuls to be grateful for life and thank God for keeping them.

“Some Christians do not appreciate God enough; they are careless about the things of the Lord.

“Christian faithfuls always complain, looking at the bad things they have passed through instead of showing appreciation through praise and thanksgiving.

“In praising God, we are making our requests known to Him. When we praise God for the little things we received, He will surely do more,’’ she said.

The cleric urged the congregation to live a worthy life of peace and unity, praying for families Nigeria always.

“The 21 days fasting was for divine sufficiency,” she said.

She also said 2023 was the year of sufficiency and every member should key in to God riches in glory to enjoy sufficiency.

She also said the fasting was organised for peaceful elections in the country.

“When there is praying, there must be fasting, the aim is to submit Nigeria to God concerning the election as God told me in 2 Corinthians 9 vs 8.

“God is able to make grace abound toward Nigeria and sufficiency in all things may abound.

Pst David Ochimana a Guest Minister, in his sermon “Connecting to the all sufficient God” said “with God all things are possible.”

According to him, if we must exist in all sufficiency, we must connect to God to have an over flow in all things.

He also advised the Christians to attain self sufficiency in 2023 by drawing closer to God.

“When the glory of the Lord is release unto you ,the doors of success begins to open and breaking the back bone of the oppressors,” he said. (NAN/vitalnewsngr.com)
