Lokoja – The Acting Executive Chairman of Kogi State Internal Revenue Service (KGIRS), Sule Salihu Enehe, has congratulated the Management and Staff organisation on this year’s Christmas celebration.
Salihu in his Christmas message to KGIRS staff in Lokoja on Sunday called on them and other Christian Faithfuls to ponder on the importance of the birth of Jesus Christ, to allow for their spiritual renaissance.

“The significance of the birth of Jesus Christ to us, his virtues which have spread across the world in terms of love for one another, and peaceful coexistence, are indescribable,” the Acting Chairman said.
Sule admonished the staff to use this period of the celebration if the birth of Jesus Christ to “reflect deeply on the life and time of Jesus Christ, and to rededicate their lives to service of humanity as there can be no greater love than the one of a man to his fellow man.
“This will cause a thriving working relationship in our work environment and as with our Taxpayers. ”
Finally, he urged the Staff to equally use the period to reach out in love and compassion to the underprivileged in the society as we move towards being a fitting representatives of God on this earth.
